Job Description
Lead project execution on large-scale healthcare projectsManage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performanceServe as the primary client interfaceCoordinate with senior project and field leadership

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.Proven experience managing construction projects in the business services industry.Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Proficiency in budgeting and scheduling software.Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
What's on Offer
Base salary: $110,000 - $150,000Annual discretionary bonusCar allowance: $650/monthOpportunity to lead impactful construction projects in Raleigh, NC.
