We are seeking a reliable Building Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior building repairs and maintenance. This role helps ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and well maintained while supporting the needs of our clients. The technician will also build positive working relationships with employees, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general building repairs and maintenance for interior and exterior areasComplete minor repairs including drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, doors, and hardwarePerform exterior maintenance such as gutter repairs, power washing, minor roof repairs, and graffiti removalConduct minor plumbing repairs including fixture replacement, leak repairs, and clearing drain linesPerform minor electrical tasks such as lamp and ballast replacement and basic troubleshootingAssist with basic HVAC maintenance including filter replacement, coil cleaning, and system inspectionsCoordinate with third-party vendors when specialized repairs are neededAccurately complete timecards and work orders in a timely mannerMaintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively
Qualifications
General maintenance or facilities experience preferredPlumbing experience preferred but not requiredBasic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and carpentry is helpfulStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and work independentlyDependable with strong attendance and communication skills
