Job Description
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will report directly to a Project Manager and support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects.
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination from pre-construction through close-outSupport budget tracking, cost control, and change order managementCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teamsAssist with contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and document controlParticipate in client meetings and project progress reportingSupport quality control, safety compliance, and schedule adherenceGain exposure across interiors, ground-up, and renovation projects

The Successful Applicant
For the Assistant Project Manager, we are seeking:
Experience in commercial construction as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar roleExposure to sectors such as interiors, higher education, healthcare, retail, industrial, or multifamilyStrong understanding of construction documentation and project workflowsProficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore or similar)Excellent communication and coordination skillsA proactive mindset with a desire to grow into a Project Manager role
