WHAT YOU WILL DO: As an Account Executive for KODE Labs you will partner with key and targeted opportunities to reach and exceed sales levels. Recommend product solutions to meet customer objectives by promoting KODE Labs competitive advantage in the market. Must prove the ability to create Partnering opportunities with key decision makers within the industry, i.e CTO's, Head of Innovation, IT Directors, OEM's and Operators. Must show the ability to plan and implement customer presentations, oversee Account profiles, monitor competitor activity and establish clear and concise messaging to prospective clients. Capable of uncovering qualified opportunities either directly with decision makers or within a partner relationship and supporting customer challenges through KODE Labs offerings.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT: The Account Executive will be required to establish a regular cadence for outreach. Responsible for meeting assigned product sales goals and objectives. Becoming a Product expert of the suite of offerings from KODE Labs is mandatory, and must demonstrate the ability to discuss the solution with prospective clients as well as the internal project delivery team. Demonstrate the ability to train and manage 'all-team' training sessions, via the web or in person. Client proposals (Budget, and Final Proposals), and negotiating deals to close new business will be supported internally from a Sales Support member. The Account Executive will be responsible for the review and submission of any final documents to be presented to the prospective client.
Requirements 5 years of enterprise sales experience success with SaaS, building controls (BAS, HAVC) or real estate driven technology Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets & quotas Prospect high-potential targets with outreach initiatives (25%) Negotiate deals to close new business Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Exceptional interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills Excellent presentation skills, proficient both individual & group Self-motivated, high degree of initiative & a proactive Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
