Kayser Janesville Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Janesville, WI. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring vehicle service and maintenance, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. You will work closely with technicians to provide accurate information and estimates, while delivering exceptional service that fosters customer loyalty and trust.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, understanding their vehicle service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and provide detailed explanations of services and repairs.
• Communicate effectively between customers and the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
• Prepare accurate estimates and invoices for services performed.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide recommendations and answer customer questions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle service history and customer interactions.

• Previous experience in a customer service or automotive service advisor role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services.
• Proficient with computer systems and software related to service management.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
