• Basic computer skills and social media knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Ability to guide customers based on their financing options

• Ability to listen, learn, and execute instructions
• Professional attitude when handling problems and objections
• Ability to work under pressure and meet goals
• Knowledge of or interest in learning about vehicles and financing
• CRM experience is a plus
