Manage 100-300 patients per facility, maintaining a high level of efficiency and care. Conduct clinical documentation with accuracy and timeliness. Verify patient insurance information and perform necessary administrative tasks. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines during specimen collection. Uphold patient confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations. Provide compassionate and professional patient care at all times. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Phlebotomist or in a similar healthcare role. Proficient in various phlebotomy techniques. Ability to travel to multiple locations within the Metro Atlanta area. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
