You’ll play a critical role in delivering a smooth, high-quality patient experience—from the moment a patient arrives to the completion of their visit. In this role, you will:
Support dentists during procedures with efficient, high-quality chairside assistance
Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit
Ensure operatories and instruments are prepared, sterile, and ready for care
Keep the day running smoothly through strong teamwork and communication
What your day looks like
60-minute hygiene appointments designed for quality and patient education
A well-supported clinical environment with strong teamwork
Time to focus on patient care—not production metrics or rushed schedules
Assisting with a variety of dental procedures chairside
Taking diagnostic-quality radiographs
Performing sterilization and infection control procedures
Supporting lab work and maintaining stocked, organized treatment areas
Documenting care accurately in the dental EMR
Jumping in where needed—because great teams support each other
What we’re looking for
High School Diploma, GED or
Completion of a dental assisting program or equivalent hands-on experience in leu of education
Two (2) years experience as a chairside Dental Assistant if no course completion
CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
Nice to have (not required):
Certified or Registered Dental Assistant (CDA/RDA)
Experience with Dentrix and/or Dexis imaging
Oral surgery experience
Bilingual skills
