Description Position: OBGYN Physician Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Type: Full-time Join a dynamic team in Phoenix focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered obstetric and gynecologic care. Whether you're completing residency or are a seasoned OB/GYN, this is your opportunity to thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside 4 Physicians, 2 Certified Nurse Midwives, and 2 Nurse Practitioners. Supported by 2 experienced sonographers, an in-house lab, and 5 skilled Medical Assistants. Work-Life Balance: Generous PTO and Paid Holidays. Great call structure with CNM backup for manageable scheduling. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary + productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation support, student loan assistance, paid tail coverage, 5 CME days + $3,500 allowance, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, company-paid malpractice, and 401(k) with match. Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (ABOG or AOBOG) MD/DO degree Ability to obtain Arizona and DEA licenses BLS certification
