Outpatient setting/Skilled Nursing Facility (shared role) within senior community Waterman Village in Mount Dora Florida. Responsibilities:
Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers Monitor patient response to treatment intervention Aquatic Therapy Program Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations Flexibility and comfort in multiple areas on campus (OP and SNF settings) Skills:
Must have a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in good standing Long term care, short term rehab and outpatient experience preferred Lymphedema and Parkinsons Certification a plus Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices
