Provide direct patient care and monitor patient progress Assess symptoms, evaluate responses to treatment, and document findings Develop and follow nursing care plans within State Scope of Practice and provider guidelines Administer medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional regulations Respond to emergencies with critical thinking and sound clinical judgment Support established treatment plans and continuity of care
