Current LPN license in OH 2 years of nursing experience Prior supervisory/leadership experience in SNF/long-term care Strong clinical and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned shifts Monitor resident care to ensure safety, dignity, and quality standards are met Respond to emergencies and provide direct nursing care when necessary Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers Communicate with residents, families, and physicians regarding care needs Ensure documentation is accurate and timely Promote a positive and professional work environment
