Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing Quality Assurance team across a 24/7 operation. Act as the site expert on food safety, quality, and legality matters. Ensure QA systems are robust, compliant, and continuously improved. Drive resolution of non-conformances and out-of-spec issues. Play a key role in HACCP development and auditing systems. Support and lead customer and third-party audits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Hygiene, Supply Chain and Engineering. Deputise for the Technical Manager when required. About You

Youll bring the following skills and experience: Proven experience in a QA leadership role within chilled high-care food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, and auditing. Previous experience managing and developing teams. A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
