We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to support customers with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system repairs and installations. This role will operate out of our facility in Charlotte, NC. We are also open to training the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble hydraulic hoses and fittingsPerform MIG welding and light fabrication workInstall and repair industrial electrical systemsInstall and service industrial hydraulic systemsCommunicate effectively with customers to understand issues and recommend solutionsTroubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures to determine the best course of actionDeliver outstanding customer service on every jobPromote company products and services to current and prospective customersComplete accurate and timely service documentationTravel as needed, including occasional out-of-town assignments, overnight stays, weekends, or extended hours to meet customer needsStandard working hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, but flexibility is required based on job demands, including overtime, holidays, and on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:
