Location: Arlington, Tx.
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a detailed orientated Outbound Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for packing / shipping goods correctly, accurately, and within a timely manner
Compensation: $19.50/hr starting (90 day probation)
Schedule:
7a-3p (no lunch), or 7a-4p (1hr unpaid lunch)
8a-5p
Operations:
Pre-peak Season (Jan-Aug) Mon-Sat Operating Days. Sundays off, and one weekday
Peak Season (Sep-Dec) Sun-Sat Operating Days. Two weekdays off
Responsibilities:
Packing Fulfillment OrdersRecording Carton and packing informationProcessing shipments according to transportation and logistic requirementsGeneral upkeep and cleaning of work spaceLabeling and Shipping fulfilled ordersLoading and Storing completed ordersKnowledge of all BTC and BTB orders shipping/ packing processesCross training upon need
Skills and Abilities:
Attention to DetailExcellent Time ManagementSelf StarterDependable and Reliable
Minimum Experience:
High school diploma/GED or EquivalentAbility to read and write englishAbility to lift up to 50lbs on a daily basisAbility to stand continually for an 8hr shift
