What You'll Do
As an integral member of our accounting team, you'll play a key role in high-impact work.
Serve as a financial expert for company leaders on topics ranging from transportation costs to R&D investmentOwn month-end close assignments from recording to reportingProvide expertise for financial planning, forecasting and performance trackingPrepare and review high-level financial statements and reportsCreate clear, actionable reports that inform decision-makingShape the future of finance in a modernizing industrial supply business
Who You Are
We are seeking bright, curious, and ambitious individuals eager to make an impact. Ideal candidates have:
CPA license preferred5+ years of relevant experience in industry or public accountingSubject matter expertise in accounting fundamentals and advanced Excel skillsExceptional communication and analytical skills--able to clearly explain complex or ambiguous dataExperience with SQL preferred
Cash Compensation
Total cash compensation is generally around $175,000 to $224,000 and includes profit sharing based on company profitability.
