Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration is a locally owned, full-service cleaning and restoration company proudly serving the Tri-State area for over 100 years. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain empathetic and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment. You will handle a variety of service inquiries, from routine cleaning to emergency restoration needs, ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesyAccurately enter customer information and create service orders in scheduling softwareAssess customer needs and recommend appropriate services and solutionsCommunicate with customers via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional mannerExplain cleaning and restoration services and provide pricing informationUpsell customers with additional services available
Schedule
10:30am-7pm Monday -Thursday, 9:30am-6pm on FridaysRotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredExperience with multi-line phone systems in a high-call-volume environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and OutlookStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyTyping speed of at least 35 WPMAbility to work independently and as part of a team
