POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional plumbing services to our clients, tackling a variety of plumbing repair, installation, and maintenance tasks. Your ability to diagnose problems accurately and provide efficient solutions will be critical for ensuring the satisfaction and safety of our customers.
COMPENSATION:
Hourly wage is set between $48.00 and $56.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diagnose and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.Install plumbing systems and components according to specifications and plumbing codes.Respond to service calls and complete jobs efficiently and professionally.Maintain clear and effective communication with customers regarding services rendered and any additional recommendations.Keep accurate records of service performed and recommendations.Comply with safety standards and regulations while executing plumbing services.Responsible for exemplifying and promoting the Dave Jones culture and holding team members accountable to all Dave Jones safety requirements.

Requirements
Valid Plumbing License or CertificationHigh School Diploma or EquivalentMinimum of 3 years of experience in plumbing service workStrong understanding of plumbing codes and practicesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent customer service and communication skillsLift above 50lbs regularlyWalking, Lifting, Twisting, Climbing Ladders, and other physical requirements consistently for 90% of your day
