Description
Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document management for complex litigation matters.Draft, proofread, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.Coordinate and manage deadlines for filings, discovery, and court appearances.Support attorneys during trial preparation and provide assistance during court proceedings as needed.Conduct thorough research using legal databases and other resources to gather case-related information.Communicate with clients, witnesses, and external counsel to ensure the smooth flow of case-related information.Maintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
Profile
A successful Senior Litigation Paralegal should have:
5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, ideally in a Big Law environment.Experience preparing for and attending trial.Proficiency in legal research tools and technology, like Relativity and Nuix Discover.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A proven track record of supporting attorneys in litigation matters.
