Job Description:
Program Support Assistant / Administrative Assistant
Securityhunter, Inc. - Baltimore, MD: Securityhunter (an employee-owned company) provides electronic and physical security solutions to federal customers and is based in Baltimore, Maryland. We are interested in hiring a program support assistant to assist the program team with managing federal electronic security projects.
Essential Functions

• Applicants will be subject to multiple Government background investigations
• Implement program administrative policies, processes and procedures
• Preparation, submittal, maintenance and tracking of program deliverables and other documentation, status reports, and work plans
• Create, edit, proof, submit, track program meeting agendas and minutes as requested
• Research and examination of contract requirements to create trackers and anticipate need
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of program deliverables to Government customer
• Interface with project managers, engineers, procurement personnel, contract administrators, and other staff on program planning and controls issues and requests
• Track and maintain employee certifications and training records
• Assist with security / vetting requests as needed
• Assist with program invoicing activities as needed
• Maintain content in a web-based program management information system
• Assist with program scheduling activities, road trip calendars and online project maps
• Assist with maintaining program contact list, site lists
• Assist with the development of slide presentations
• Distribute training materials and CDs for customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Proven experience with administrative operations (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, scheduling, reporting, recordkeeping)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Initiative - self-starter attitude
• Sound critical thinking, organizational and planning skills
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize assignments in accordance to program goals
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1 year of experience in a related field
Location:
This position is 100% work in-office in Windsor Mill, MD, with the potential of becoming a hybrid position with two days of working remotely.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; climb; stoop; kneel; crouch; reach; lift, use hands to finger, use fingers and hands to type or write; reach with hands and arms; Occasional light lifting up to 20 pounds may be required. This position is typically performed in a traditional office environment.

Pay: $22 hourly rate ($45,760 annual)
