We are looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our growing company. Here, you'll find the opportunities, resources, and support you need to grow and develop professionally. The individual in this role is responsible for greeting customers as they come in for service, performing a walk-around with the customer before and after service, writing repair orders, and collecting payment.
Service Advisor Duties and ResponsibilitiesProactively greeting and assisting all customers in a friendly, professional mannerPerform a vehicle walk-around with the customer before and after service, taking pictures every timeGather customer information and reason for visitWrite up repair order and obtain customer e-signaturesProvide customer with accurate quotesCommunicate with technicians on vehicle repairMaintain open communication with customer on other recommended repairs and vehicle statusFinalize, close, and cash out repair orders in a timely mannerService Advisor Requirements and QualificationsGeneral high school diploma or equivalentSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseMultitasking, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksPositive appearanceAble to deliver a fantastic customer experience18 years of age or olderPass drug screening, background check and MVR checkDealership experience is a plusThis position requires mid-level physical activity (standing/walking continuously)Able to lift 25-lbs unassistedJob Type: Full-time
