Job Description: M&A Integration Delivery, to lead end-to-end infrastructure integration. Conduct IT due diligence and infrastructure assessments (applications, servers, networks, cloud, data platforms) Your responsibilities: " Should know integration strategy: full migration, coexistence, or phased transformation " Develop and execute integration roadmaps aligned with business priorities " Infrastructure & Platform Integration " Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP tenancy alignment) " Data centers, servers, storage, and virtualization platforms " Network architecture (connectivity, VPNs, firewalls, identity access) " Lead integration of enterprise platforms (AD/LDAP, email, collaboration tools, monitoring systems) " Support data platform alignment (e.g., Snowflake, data lakes, ETL ecosystems) " Act as the bridge between integration leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams
