We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. Job Summary: As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role in assisting customers via phone and email. You will help guide them through the ordering process, provide recommendations, and ensure order accuracy. This role requires learning the details of our products so you can confidently and clearly communicate with our customers. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional and friendly support to customers via phone and emailGuide customers through the ordering process and offer product recommendationsConfirm order details accurately and answer product-related inquiriesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of our product line and ordering systemCollaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns promptlyPerform other customer service-related duties as assigned Requirements: High school diploma or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic computer literacy (email, data entry, navigating online systems)Willingness to learn product knowledge and company procedureA positive attitude and a customer-first mindsetMust be able to work on-site (this is not a remote position) Preferred but Not Required: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environmentInterest or experience in home improvement or interior design
