They're looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to help transform the team, processes and technology. Scope of Responsibility:
Order management from taking the order, processing and tracking of accurate and on-time-delivery. Collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain planning teams to ensure orders can be produced and delivered. Proactive communication with the Sales and Supply Chain on any irregular orders and communication back to customers where there are issues with timely delivery. Leading the transformation of the team, its processes, and the implementation of a new ERP system. Reporting on the performance of the team and order delivery to internal teams and customers.
Background Required:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Experience in Customer Packaged Goods experience required. At least 5 years of experience in customer service roles. Proven track record in building and developing teams and processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to travel up to 15%
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: $120,000 to $135,000 plus a 15% bonus target that can go as high as 30%. Relocation available. Competitive Healthcare and Benefits.
