Main Responsibilities:
Maintain and update CRM data, including account types and client records.Assist in preparing deals, advancing sales activities, and delivering quotes.Manage the Leads Inbox, ensuring timely follow-ups on inquiries.Research and suggest quotes for Google Ads and Meta marketing campaigns.Ensure all client contact details, including billing information, are properly recorded.Work closely with technical teams to assess client needs accurately.Assist with projects related to the company's intranet webpage.Convert deals into engagements and coordinate post-sales/onboarding with department managers.Create and update work records for sales and post-sales activities.Facilitate the exchange of original documents with the administrative team.Set up and maintain client payment methods in the CRM.Support the offboarding process by updating records, reviewing billing, and ensuring smooth transitions.Maintain compliance with internal sales policies and procedures.Participate in special projects as needed.Keep accurate records of tasks and update IT systems accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.Experience with CRM systems is a plus.Bilingual in English and Spanish.
