Key Responsibilities:Perform specific Accounts Payable accounting activities through the input of accounting transactions and the monitoring, coordinating, and summarizing of accounting resultsCalculate and prepare monthly Accounts Payable accruals, journal entries, account reconciliations and metricsSupport month end close processesDetermine propriety of Accounts Payable accounting entries associated with projects, accounts, and trial balances in accordance with financial policies, practices, and proceduresQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience with Accounts PayableStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with ExcelStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
