Responsibilities for Accounts Payable Coordinator:
Assist with the monthly, quarterly and year-end financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account and balance reconciliations.Data entry of vendor invoices, review vendor statements, credit card expense reconciliations. Manage monthly and quarterly bank compliance activities to ensure they are performed in a timely and accurate manner.Develop and implement new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department. Review general account analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, fixed assets, accruals, prepared expenses, etc. Respond to inquiries from Controller and other finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, and special reporting requests.
Requirements for Accounts Payable Coordinator:
Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience in a professional services environment. Experience with Bill.com is required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
