As we continue to grow, we're looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Preventative Maintenance Technicians to join our award-winning team!
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role, with an on-call emergency maintenance rotation. We're looking for team players who are ready to grow their skills and careers in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do
Perform preventative maintenance inspectionsComplete quarterly in-unit inspectionsReport on conditions of equipment, units, and assetsAssist with unit turnovers and make-readiesHelp with inventory managementDrive company vehicle between multiple propertiesCollaborate with internal departments and vendorsDeliver excellent customer service to residents and teammatesAdapt to changing priorities across various sites
• What You'll Need
High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseFamiliarity with iPhone (or willingness to learn)1+ year of experience in at least one of the following:
Light plumbing/electricalHVAC troubleshootingApartment turnovers/make-readyCarpentry, painting, or general maintenanceComfortable with hand toolsWillingness to participate in ongoing trainingPhysical ability to perform moderately to heavily demanding tasks, including:
Climbing ladders (up to 9 ft), working overheadLifting/moving up to 50lbsFrequent kneeling, bending, squatting, and walking
