We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of commercial construction experience to lead and oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and executionCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and successDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestonesOversee project budgets, control costs, and manage change ordersEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standardsConduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety practicesIdentify potential risks and implement mitigation strategiesLead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersReview and approve contracts, submittals, RFIs, and construction documentsEnsure timely project closeout, including punch lists, documentation, and client handoff
