Job Description Operate machinery and perform assembly tasks in accordance with company specifications and production standards Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure accuracy and product integrity Maintain production efficiency while meeting daily performance and safety goals Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment Identify and report equipment malfunctions, production concerns, or quality issues to supervisors promptly Qualifications Required experience in manufacturing or production environments Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with industry-related tools, equipment, and/or software Preferred Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
