Support the day-to-day activity of BK Governance Unit in its Entrance & Exit Governance activities, providing watchful oversight on the various change(s) on the system applications and infrastructure that are initiated by the related Towers within MAS Technology Group,
MAS APMO, as well as IT in the Non US Offices in Americas (Canada, Mexico, and Brazil), through close collaboration, the objective of which is to minimize impact on Mizuho Bank customers, impact on Mizuho Bank AML process, and impact on the status of compliance of Mizuho Bank with the regulators in Americas Region as well as that in Japan.
Providing support for the planning, execution, and management of projects assigned by the Head of BK Governance Unit through Facilitation of various tasks such as progress tracking, issue tracking.
Preparation of various reports and explanation materials
Support the documentation of various plan documents, such as Strategy documents Project Plan documentation, executive summary document, etc.
Providing support for the planning, execution, and management of ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of BK Governance Unit. Required years of experience: 2+ years of hands-on administrative support experience. IT experience is desirable. Looking for Bilingual Candidate - Native Japanese speaker. Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree
DICTATION
They want an Technology Support Assistant - to help with Technology related tasks. The unit is BK Governance - this means governance group.
There are two kinds of governance, one is to entrance and the other exit governance.
As per this position - will be focused on exit governance site.
Mainly two kinds of work - one is governance for daily change requests And the other is release control.
Examples of the work -
He shows a dashboard, in the bank production releases occur every day. From 10-20 change requests are also implemented every day especially the weekend. (candidate doesn't work on the weekend)
Every day they check the releases with this Dashboard that is in Service Now. Their manager checks the release details daily. And judges if there is any external services or other functionality or regulatory reporting functionality.
If there is no such risk then they don't "care" about that release on the hub. (not sure he said "care")
They do care about external service disruption to clients or regulatory urgency
