Responsibilities
Customer Service: Answer incoming calls and serve as the main point of contact between company and customers. Understand customer needs and communicate them to Service Manager. Travel off-site to inspect boats and provide service estimates.Administrative Support: Support General Manager, Purchaser, and Office Administrator with daily tasks. Assist with labor hour entry and review daily timesheets. Create and maintain SROs and reports.Project Coordination: Assist General Manager with boat storage, transient, and off-site calls. Generate work orders. Assist in new work estimates.Inventory: Assist Purchasing Manager with orders and materials. Create kits of materials for routine jobs. Receive parts and enter them into system.Financial Support: Review and edit work order billing invoices. Work with Office Manager to produce accurate invoices. Assist in project management to ensure financial objectives are met.Sales/Marketing: Provide general sales support during boat shows and marketing events.Other: All duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience: Zero (0) to two (2) years of experience working in a revenue-generating service position.Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
Qualifications
Proficient in basic office software.Knowledge of office administration duties such as billing and invoicing.Solid understanding of powerboats and terminology.Excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple projects.Experience in customer service preferred.Marketing and sales skills, a plus.
