Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to serve as a key point of contact between our company and our clients. In this role, you will support account operations, ensure excellent customer experiences, and contribute to maintaining strong, long-lasting business relationships. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, organization, and client-focused problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for assigned customer accountsRespond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requestsMaintain accurate records of client interactions and account activityCoordinate internally to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer needsSupport account management processes and assist with documentation and reportingUphold company standards for service quality and professionalism
