We are looking to hire a K-12 Project Manager with experience building schools and successfully working w/ various school districts in DFW.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related field2+ years of relevant experience in K-12 school constructionManaged crews of ten (10) or more tradesmenManaged all subcontractors on a single project.Organize site project progress meetings, compile meeting minutes and perform preconstruction meetings.OSHA 30 hour, First Aid/CPRAbility to perform layout with use of construction survey equipment is a plus.Understanding of plans, specifications and construction documentsStrong work ethic, decisive, ambitious, with an unwavering commitment to qualityHigh level of motivation, integrity, and commitment to team and customerResults-orientated with proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to meet deadlinesAbility to provide leadership field personal and subcontractorsAbility to manage owner expectations
