This position requires the Line Cook to be responsible for preparing the highest quality menu items for guests while maintaining a clean, sanitized kitchen area. The Line Cook is responsible for consistently following recipes and procedures, as well as adhering to Ojos Locos standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Communicates with Kitchen Manager or management team or on any food related issuesWell versed in preparing food items while constantly adhering to recipe standardsWorks directly with team members to ensure all guest requests are accommodatedFollow recipes; upholds specs and perfect presentation of every dishProper food handling and sanitation of work areas; ensures compliance with food handling requirementsSupports other stations and areas of the HOH as neededMaintains neat and organized work areasAccomplished all opening, running and end of shift side work; including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next shift
