Description
The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:
Assisting in managing ground-up construction projects valued at $20M+Supporting project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost controlsCoordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teamsTracking RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationMonitoring site progress to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherenceSupporting close-out activities including punch lists and turnoverUtilising construction software platforms to maintain accurate reporting
Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Assistant Project ManagerExperience supporting at least one ground-up building projectBackground in multifamily, healthcare, education, or institutional buildsExperience on projects valued at $20M or moreBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldProficiency with Excel and Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of Procore and PlanGrid
