Job Location: Jacksonville, FL Job Description: Must have qualifications and preferences: Familiarity with Payment Industry, platform technologies Reporting: OKR frameworks and implementation Data Analysis: Advanced excel and basic visualization Tech Strat articulation: Storytelling & PowerPoint fluency; ability to create executive ready narratives Executive cadences: Ability to facilitate executive level conversations, if needed Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for executive audiences Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and commitment to quality Dexterous multitasker ready to jump in to tackle new challenges thoughtfully A strong sense of teamwork and a willingness to contribute to the professional growth of your colleagues Key Activities: Tech Operating Model & Rhythm operationalization OKR & impact measurement framework established & operationalized — progress against OKRs is consistently measured and reported Process optimization activities for tech organization Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
