Miss A is looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our expanding team at our headquarters in Dallas! In this role, the candidate is responsible for receiving all incoming freight and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory system for all stock locations. Ensure on-time and cost-efficient inventory control including the delivery of inbound and outbound shipments to internal and external customers, and other responsibilities, as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities:
Directs the end-to-end shipping process for B2B orders, from placement to deliveryHandles packing, labeling, and tracking of palletized and bult freight, ensuring compliance with partner standards Build and maintain relationships with freight carriers and vendors for reliable transportReceiving inbound freight and verifying against purchase orders and supply documentsTechnology Integration (EX: SPS, ERP, WMS)Data entry of all inbound purchase order receipts and product transfers using inventory systemDeliver inbound freight to appropriate locationsOrder entry and fulfillment of client supply ordersProcess and distribute incoming emailsPerform cycle counts for retail, client, and office supply inventory locationsMaintain warehouse inventory and restockingMaintain, organize all documents log sheets Participate in Company's Safety ProgramMaintain confidentiality of employee, client, and company records or issuesMaintain compliance with department and company policies and proceduresMaintain compliance with federal and state regulationsCommunicate effectively with all levels of management, co-workers, and clients to provide quality customer serviceRepresenting Miss A in a courteous, professional manner alwaysWork effectively within a team-oriented department and companyAdhere to department schedule, may include overtime, to meet workflow demandsSpecial projects and other related duties as assigned may include using the company vehicle
Minimum Requirements:
3 years' Warehouse Management experience High School Diploma/GEDB2B Experience requiredStrong Verbal & Written Communication skillsTechnology Integrations (SPS, ERP, WMS)Intermediate user with Microsoft Office Suites, (email, excel, word, power point) Ability to work independently, proactively, and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
