Über
Strong experience with web applications and eCommerce platforms (Kibo, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Lucid chart for requirements, workflows, and documentation.
Ability to write and execute UAT and regression test scripts, and support go-live activities.
Experience collaborating with developers and performing initial troubleshooting on production issues.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and familiarity with tools like Postman (nice to have).
