Compensation & Perks

What You'll Do (And Why It Matters) You'll be a key connector between patients, providers, and the broader care team—ensuring every visit is smooth, thoughtful, and impactful. Before & During Visits
Welcome patients and set the tone for a positive, comfortable experience Prepare exam rooms and anticipate care needs (vaccines, labs, screenings) Room patients efficiently while capturing accurate, meaningful clinical info Take vitals, review medications, and identify patient needs Support providers so they can stay focused on care—not logistics
Clinical Support
Perform phlebotomy and basic lab tests Administer vaccines and screenings (within certification) Assist with procedures and care delivery Coordinate diagnostics, DME, and follow-up care
Beyond the Visit
Provide phone support and guidance to patients Collaborate in care team meetings to improve outcomes Help ensure continuity and follow-through on care plans
Clinic Excellence
Maintain clean, safe, fully stocked exam rooms Manage supplies and support quality control processes Uphold infection control and safety standards
About You You're not just technically skilled—you genuinely care. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (or equivalent training) 1+ year healthcare experience (or clinical rotations) BLS/CPR certified Comfortable using EMR systems
Bonus Points
Phlebotomy experience Experience in primary care clinics, value-based or team-based care environments
