Provides direct patient care as appropriate to meet the needs of the patients and department. Evaluates care given by staff. Coaches to improve care. Ensures standard of care is maintained.
Job Requirements Required:
Associates of Nursing (ADN/ASN) Two (2) years of Nursing Experience Active Nursing license in good standing valid to work in Arizona Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support card (AHA BLS) Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support card (AHA ACLS)
Preferred:
One (1) year of experience as a Charge Nurse, House Supervisor or nursing leader. One (1) year of experience in inpatient care in a hospital setting
