The posted compensation range of $60.24 - $89.60 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law. As our Pharmacy Clinical Specialist in Solid Organ Transplant with Abdominal Organ focus, you will help patients deliver and document pharmaceutical care so they can safely and effectively complete the medication use process (selecting, prescribing, dispensing, administration and monitoring of medications). Every day you will provide clinical direction for the pharmacy and act as a pharmacy liaison. You will be expected to actively participate in inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic services, drug therapy management, research/quality improvement activities, and perform order verification and kinetics consults, focusing on the kidney/liver service. To be successful in this role, you must provide direct patient care and transplant education, act as a pharmaceutical consultant to provide drug information to physicians and nurses, and actively participate on patient care rounds with providers in a collaborative practice model. Graduate degree in pharmacy Current Arizona pharmacist license in good standing PGY1 Pharmacy Residency American Heart Association-issued Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CT CPRBLS) ACLS
