Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions, identifying and reporting changes in status Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families to ensure high-quality care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff as appropriate Respond to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition during overnight hours Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the State of Michigan Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and improving resident outcomes
Preferred Skills:
Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience
