What You'll Do:
Assist residents with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating) Pass medications and monitor resident conditions Support residents with dementia with compassion and respect Assist with mobility, activities, and maintaining a clean environment Communicate with residents, families, and team members Document care using computers, iPads, and electronic charting systems
What You'll Need:
Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED required. CNA or TMA certification is NOT required — we will train the right candidate 1 year of experience preferred Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English Complete at least 12 hours of annual in-service education and all required training. Proficient in using technology, including the resident charting system.
