Responsibilities:
Administer nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or medical supervisor. Provide direct medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medications, and collecting specimens. Monitor and document residents' conditions, reporting changes promptly. Ensure that care is provided in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations. Foster a supportive, respectful, and professional environment for residents, families, and staff.
Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania. Strong clinical and communication skills. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care.
