Teach students in CNA, PCA, and HHA training programs Provide classroom instruction and hands-on skills training Conduct competency evaluations and student assessments Supervise students during clinical rotations (when applicable) Maintain attendance, grades, and required documentation Ensure compliance with New York State Department of Health (DOH) and Department of Education (DOE/NYSED) standards Prepare students for certification, employment, and career readiness Create a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment

Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2 years nursing experience At least 1 year experience in long-term care, home care, or related healthcare setting preferred Teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, professional, and student-focused

On-site- Rochester, NY
Schedule:
Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability optional

Pay Range: The hiring range for this position is $40.00-$50.00/hour. Various factors will determine final compensation such as a candidate's years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
