Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) STGi is seeking qualified candidates for this position in connection with an active Request for Proposals (RFP). Hiring for this role is contingent upon STGi's selection as the successful awardee. Position Summary: The Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) is responsible for the overall clinical, operational, regulatory, and financial performance of the Pharmacy. This leader ensures the safe and effective dispensing of medications, maintains full compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws, drives business growth, and fosters a resident centered culture focused on exceptional care and community engagement. The PIC serves as the primary license holder of record and assumes accountability for all pharmacy operations, staff performances, and regulatory standards. Position Impact The Pharmacist in Charge is the single point of accountability for pharmacy performances. This role directly influences resident safety, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, financial sustainability and community reputation. Key Responsibilities

Required Experience Required Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy. Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of practice. Eligible to serve as Pharmacist in Charge per state regulations. Immunization certification. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong knowledge of pharmacy management system and third party billing. Minimum 3-5 years of retail pharmacy experience (Leadership experience preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a Pharmacist in Charge. Experience in independent pharmacy operations. Multi site oversight experience. Strong understanding of pharmacy financial management. Experience with clinical program development.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Standing for extended periods. Lifting up to 20 pounds. Ability to manage a fast paced retail healthcare environment.
