Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide personalized care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff Maintain accurate records and adhere to established infection control and safety protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
