LPN - Homecare / School Framingham, Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Homecare (Pediatric & Adult) $42–$46/hour + Weekly Pay Join Maxim Healthcare Services Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and care plans Monitor and assess patient conditions, including physiological and psychosocial changes Collect, analyze, and interpret patient data to identify actual or potential nursing needs Document care, observations, and patient progress accurately and timely Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity and quality of care
Qualifications
