Nursing Supervisor

Sanford Health is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead clinical operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will oversee nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure adherence to clinical standards, safety, and regulatory requirements. You will mentor nurses, manage schedules, and support quality improvement initiatives.
